Getting started
PracticeWorksHQ puts lessons, scheduling, and billing in one place. After signing up, add students (or trainees), set your calendar and availability, and create billing models. Use the dashboard to see your practice at a glance. You can customize your business name, logo, and colors in Settings. New? Try the demo account to explore without adding your own data.
Account & security
- Forgot password? Reset it here—we’ll email you a secure link when you’re not logged in, or go to the change-password section in Settings when you are.
- Change your password anytime from Settings.
Students, calendar & payments
Manage students and lesson types, set up locations and instructors, and track payments and recurring billing. The calendar shows your schedule and supports custom events and overrides. For a full overview of features, see our Features page.
