Accessibility Statement.
Our commitment
PracticeWorksHQ aims for its website and app to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
The standard we work toward
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical.
What we have done so far
As of September 30, 2026, we audited all of our public pages against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA and fixed every issue that audit found. That work included:
- Text and controls with readable color contrast.
- Full keyboard access, including a "skip to main content" link at the top of each page.
- Buttons, links and form fields with clear labels.
- A descriptive title on every page.
- Layouts that work on screens as narrow as 320 pixels.
- Respect for your device's reduced-motion setting.
The logged-in teacher and family portal pages are being reviewed the same way.
Known limitations
We have not finished this work, and some areas may still have issues. Some content comes from third parties, such as Stripe payment screens. Those screens are provided and governed by those companies, and we can't change them directly.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on PracticeWorksHQ is hard or impossible for you to use, please let us know. Email support@practiceworkshq.com and include:
- The address (URL) of the page.
- What you were trying to do and what happened.
- If you're comfortable sharing it, the browser and assistive technology you use.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Where we can, we will get you the information or service you need another way while we work on a fix.
Compatibility
PracticeWorksHQ is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge) and with screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA.
